As a convenience to you we accept all major medical insurance plans. The following insurance plans are accepted: Aetna, Amerigroup, Blue Choice, Blue Cross & Blue Shield, Carefirst, Cigna, MAMSI, MDIPA, Medical Assistance, One-Net, Optimum Choice, United Health Care. If your insurance plan is not on this list, please ask about the option of using out of network benefits.

Depending on your insurance plan, a written referral from your child’s pediatrician may be required.

Intake forms and consent forms are required to be completed and submitted online one week prior to your child’s evaluation appointment.

At your child’s initial evaluation appointment the therapist will administer standardized tests and observe your child to help determine the needs and plan of care if necessary. The evaluation typically lasts about one hour.

You will need to bring your child’s insurance card and your photo ID along with any pertinent medical documents and a copy of all prior testing.

The frequency and duration of treatment will be determined on an individualized basis after the assessment is completed.

Our goal is to pair each child with a therapist that best suits his or her needs and schedule. After the evaluation we do our best to accommodate requests for specific therapists.

You can bring other children to the session but they must remain in the waiting room with a supervising adult for the entire session. For the safety of your children, we do not allow any children on the gym equipment without the supervision of our therapists.

Sessions are scheduled Monday through Thursday, including early morning and evening appointments. Clients are scheduled at the clinic or in private schools located in the Baltimore area. We also offer telehealth services for those that are unable to come into the clinic. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide home based visits.
